If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us along with your original RhythmChic receipt and we will gladly replace the item or refund your purchase price.

Before returning your merchandise please email us to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorize number. This will help expedite your return. Without this number your return will be slowed down considerably.

With a RMA – Returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipping for a refund or exchange.

Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds. You will be refunded the amount of the returned item less shipping costs. (PLease note: without a RMA your exchange or refund could take 1 month.)

Fill out the Rhythm Chic Collection Merchandise Return Form on the back of your invoice and indicate the reason for the return. Returned items must be in saleable condition.

Please print clearly with all contact information as we will be contacting you in regards to your return or exchange.
